Synopsis
"Ro-Kyu-Bu!" is a TV anime based on the light novels by Sagu Aoyama, produced by project No.9 and broadcast in 2011. Set in Matsudo City, Chiba Prefecture, the story follows high schooler Subaru Hasegawa, whose basketball club is suspended. Through an unexpected turn of events, he becomes the coach of an elementary-school girls' mini-basketball team. Working with five distinctly charming girls, he brings the team together through practice and matches. It is a bright coming-of-age sports story depicting the girls' growth and Subaru's earnest efforts as their coach.
