Synopsis

"Ouran High School Host Club" is a TV anime produced by Bones and broadcast in 2006, based on the manga by Bisco Hatori. Haruhi Fujioka, a scholarship student admitted to the prestigious private Ouran Academy, one day accidentally shatters an expensive vase on display. To pay off the debt, Haruhi is made to work in the Host Club, a group of strikingly handsome male students—though in truth Haruhi is a girl dressed as a boy. Surrounded by wealthy club members, this student of humble origins finds daily life turning into a reverse-harem comedy brimming with laughs and misunderstandings. Through their interactions across class divides, the bonds between them gradually deepen.
