Synopsis
High schooler Yuji Itadori from Miyagi swallows a cursed object—a finger of the King of Curses, Sukuna—and ends up sharing his body with the strongest curse alive. Enrolled at Jujutsu High, Yuji fights alongside Satoru Gojo, Megumi Fushiguro and Nobara Kugisaki against the "curses" born from human negativity, moving toward a fate where his own death is the price of exorcising Sukuna. Gege Akutami's manga has sold over 100 million copies; the anime (2020–) became a global hit with its dark-fantasy battles and deep character work.

Shibuya Station (East Exit)

The starting point of the Shibuya Incident. In the first episode of the second season, it is the location where the curse user, Pseudo-Geto, unleashes a special-grade cursed spirit throughout Shibuya, separating over 1,000 civilians from the sorcerers. The area around the East Exit intersection is repeatedly depicted as the starting point for the sorcerers' attack.

An iconic building in the Shinjuku area where Jujutsu High School is located. In the story, it appears as the backdrop for Shinjuku, the base of operations for the sorcerers. In the Shinjuku scenes of the first season, its distinctive twin towers are depicted in silhouette, making it an iconic location in the Tokyo arc of Jujutsu Kaisen.
Yoyogi Park

This metropolitan park is said to be the model for the scene where Kirito and Asuna go on a date in the real world. The lush green space evokes the everyday life scenes in the story.
Sendai Station

Around Tokyo Skytree (Oshiage)

This is a modern Tokyo backdrop that appears in the mission scenes in Tokyo during the first season. In the scenes of the curse extermination mission in the East Tokyo area, the Tokyo Skytree is visible in the background. It is one of the settings for the initial mission series in which Itadori and Fushiguro fight curses in various locations in Tokyo.
Miyagi Sendai Third High School

The public high school identified by fans as the model for "Sugisawa Third High School," the alma mater of Yuji Itadori. The school-gate design and the lettering on the nameplate closely match the anime's Sugisawa Third, and the aerial silhouette of the school in the Tsurugaya hilltop matches scenes in the manga and anime. Founded in 1963, it remains an active high school. **Please limit photos to the area around the front gate—the campus itself is not open to visitors.**
Yagiyama Bridge

The bridge identified as the model for **"Yasohachi Bridge in Koinokuchi Gorge,"** featured in the "Premature Death" arc (manga vol. 7–8 / early Season 2). A single-lane bridge built in 1965, spanning the Tatsunokuchi Gorge between Mt. Aoba and Mt. Yagi at a cliff drop of about 70 m. The eerie air of the bridge matches the supernatural battlefield where Itadori and Kugisaki fight the Cursed Womb. **Locally known as a haunting site—visit only during daylight. The pedestrian walkway is narrow with traffic, so prioritize safety when photographing on the bridge.**
Kikusuian Zunda Chaya (Sendai Station)

A confectionery shop inside the "Zunda-Komichi" zone on the 3F of Sendai Station, selling Sendai's famous "Kikufuku" rice cakes. **The shop runs official tie-ups with *Jujutsu Kaisen* periodically**, sometimes releasing limited packaging and original goods—a regular stop for pilgrimage fans. The flagship product, zunda whipped-cream Kikufuku, is a Sendai staple. Conveniently located inside the station for shinkansen layovers; check the official website for active collaborations.
Hapina Nakakecho Shopping Arcade

The arcade identified as the model for **the shuttered shopping street that Yuta Okkotsu and Toge Inumaki visit on a curse-hunting job in the film *Jujutsu Kaisen 0***. About 5 minutes on foot from Sendai Station's west exit, the real arcade is a bustling stretch of restaurants, souvenir shops, karaoke and internet cafés. The film depicts it as a silent, shuttered night street—a striking contrast with reality. Easy to drop by between Yagiyama Bridge and Sendai-3 stops.
